For us women, it can feel like life is challenging us and we are being pulled in many different directions. We just need some time out and someone to lend us a listening ear and we will feel a lot better. What we forget is that deep within our minds lies a place that remains completely untroubled and serene, regardless of what is going on in our life experience. If we quieten our hectic thoughts – even fleetingly – we can sense this calm, inner centre. By getting in touch with it, we can allow its peaceful nature to radiate out and stem our fast-flowing stream of anxious thoughts. It can enable us to relax. This inner sanctuary is also the place where our magnificence, our brilliance and our innate grandeur reside. Regardless of our education, upbringing, country of origin, spiritual practice or our VIP status in the world, the capacity for magnificence lies within each and every one of us. This magnificence is our true essence. It remains constant throughout our good days and bad days, throughout our greatest triumphs and also our darkest challenges.
