150 people attended the Global Woman Entrepreneurship Forum on 1st November at the Hilton London Kensington Hotel, mostly women entrepreneurs and many coming from different countries to be there.

The Forum was opened by the founder of Global Woman magazine, Mirela Sula, and continued with an exclusive interview with Baybars Altuntas, who came from Turkey especially for this event. The energy and the atmosphere was very special and we all created a zone where women felt confident to connect and co-create with each other learning how to develop a business idea, how to take action and how to build it into a successful business model.

Our main keynote speaker was John Lee, who got a great reception from the audience. Other speakers included Fiona Harrold, Janey Lee Grace, Rafael Dos Santos, Camilita Nuttall, Adam Stott, Leon Street and the panel speakers with four Business Women Nyasha Gwatidzo, Viola Edwards, Sam McGratty and Tina Allton shared very powerful messages and great knowledge with the audience.

The ‘Pitch to the Dragons’ competition, moderated by Adam Strong, was one of the best parts of the day. The finalists presented their business model in front of the ‘dragons’ and a supportive audience, with the ‘dragons’ giving constructive feedback. Each of the finalists received a prize from one of the dragons and the winner, Tina Allton, received a VIP pass to attend the Angels Investors Conference in Turkey next February, with opportunities to meet many investors.

We have received great feedback from the participants through emails, social media and survey responses.

This is a testimonial from one of the delegates

The Global Woman Entrepreneurship Forum was a day jam packed with inspiration and valuable advice for entrepreneurs. The clarity and focus gained from the day resulted in myself going home and re-writing my “Magnificent Me, Magnificent You” website to present its mission more effectively and create greater impact.

As well as the invaluable business knowledge gained from the stage, being in a room full of women entrepreneurs from all over the globe, who are each going for their dreams with passion and determination to succeed was also uplifting, there was a wonderful sense of camaraderie, love and support for each others success.

Thank You Global Woman for creating this arena for Women to shine their light and support each other.
