For us women, it can feel like life is challenging us and we are being pulled in many different directions. We just need some time out and someone to lend us a listening ear and we will feel a lot better. What we forget is that deep within our minds lies a place that remains completely untroubled and serene, regardless of what is going on in our life experience. If we quieten our hectic thoughts – even fleetingly – we can sense this calm, inner centre.
